Since 1951, Mission Services of London (MSL) has been dedicated to serving London and the surrounding area with compassion, dignity, and hope. As a Christian faith-based, non-profit social service agency, MSL supports people facing poverty, homelessness, substance addiction, and mental health challenges—regardless of background or faith. The organization operates two emergency shelters (Men’s Mission and Rotholme Family Shelter), a men’s addiction treatment centre (Quintin Warner House), and outreach and crisis intervention programs (Community Mental Health Programs). MSL’s social enterprise thrift store (Mission Store) provides affordable shopping while ensuring essential items reach those in need at no cost through the Emergency Voucher Program. With a trauma-informed approach, MSL also offers voluntary spiritual care, fostering support and encouragement for participants, volunteers, and staff. Through these vital services, MSL remains steadfast in its mission to respond to people experiencing need, affirm human dignity, and inspire hope.
